St Cloud is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around St Cloud is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Moral of the story: BE KIND AND DO BETTER. I was just starting to love this place, and then I notice they are inconsistent with their quality and might even do this on purpose. Sometimes the filled donuts are filled with a good amount of filling, but lately, more than one kind of donut that I purchased came looking like filling was taken OUT lol. The photos currently are of an apple “filled” donut that was one of my favorites. Imagine my disappointment in the FIRST ONE that I bit into that was mostly air, I was on the road and couldn’t snap a picture then. DO BETTER. Your donuts aren’t cheap. Stop cheating your customers. And after all this, I could dismiss the abysmal service received during each visit, but when multiple people mention it, I think it’s worth saying: not a single staff member here has been pleasant or provided real customer service. One girl was rushing me to pay mere moments after I laid out my order, while I took a quick photo of your display case, which looked extremely good at that moment. All that because of what? There was no one else waiting for donuts. You won’t get that kind of free advertising anymore. Be patient and you’ll make your money. BE KIND. DO

Visiting my parents, they highly recommended the cinnamon rolls and apple fritters from Sip 'N Dip. Normally, a line out the door is a great sign — but by 9:30 AM on Mother’s Day, both signature items were already sold out. For a bakery known for those specialties, it was disappointing they weren’t better prepared for the holiday demand. What was even more frustrating was the inefficiency of the operation. I ordered a dozen donuts and six bagels. The employee boxed the donuts, took my bagel order, then after I paid handed me an electric pager. Since it was my first visit, I asked what it was for, and she explained it would alert me when my bagels were ready. Coming from New York, I assumed that meant fresh bagels were being made. After waiting 15 minutes, I checked on the order and was told they were simply “behind filling orders” — the bagels weren’t being made fresh at all. Five minutes later, I finally received them. Oddly, half were pre-sliced and half were not, despite never being asked if I wanted them sliced. What I still can’t understand is why the same employee who boxed my donuts couldn’t also bag six bagels at the same time. They appeared adequately staffed, but the work

Always good. I guess they cant keep up with the demand because the displays were almost empty, nut much selection. The order was good, no issues, and the donuts were good in taste. The atmosphere and layout of the place needs updating.

Sip 'N Dip has the absolute best donuts on the planet! The selections include some incredibly unique flavors that once you try them, you’ll be hooked for life. My personal favorites are the Vanilla Oreo, S’mores, and Maple Bacon, these three are absolutely divine. Honestly, my mouth is watering just thinking about them while writing this review. On top of the amazing donuts, the service is always great and the prices are very reasonable. It’s the perfect combination of great service, great product, and great price. If you love donuts and haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. Sip 'N Dip is easily a 5-star spot!
